County Photo Identification Cards are available to all county residents age 17 and older. Included on this card are your photo, name, address, date of birth, height, weight, eye & hair color, and signature.

REQUIREMENTS FOR
COUNTY PHOTO ID CARDS

County Photo Identification Cards are available to all county residents between the ages of 17 and 55. (If you are under 17 or over 55 you can receive a free ID card from the Sheriff’s Office.)

Included on the ID card are your name & address, photo, date of birth, height, weight, eye & hair color, and signature.  The fee is $10.00 for the ID and $10 for photo (if needed).

To obtain this card you must present:

• U.S. birth certificate or naturalization certification (you must be a citizen of the United States to obtain an I.D. card from our office)
• Social Security Card
• Proof of residence in Salem County (e.g. utility bill, voter registration, valid driver’s license, or a sworn statement from someone with Photo ID that has known the applicant at least 2 years)

ID Cards are processed between 9:00 AM and 3:30 PM Monday through Friday.
