The next election will be a SPECIAL SCHOOL Election September 30, 2008 .
This Election affects registered voters in Woodstown, Pilesgrove and Pennsville only.

Absentee Voting
If you are a registered voter, you may apply for an Absentee Ballot.
You must complete an application and send it to our office no later than 7 days prior to the date of the election.
If you miss the seven-day deadline, you may come to our office until 3:00 PM the day before the election and receive a ballot. 
If you are confined due to illness, please call our office and we will explain available alternatives.

Petitions
Nominating petitions for all county offices: County Clerk, Sheriff, Surrogate and Freeholder, as well as for independent candidates seeking municipal office are obtained in our office.

Election Information
Our office maintains Primary, General and School election results as well as campaign expenditure reports.
This information is public record and may be examined in our office or copies may be purchased.

Voter Lists
Our office maintains street and alpha lists by district.
These lists are available for review or purchase.

Alpha Lists are $1.00 / district
Street List are $0.25 / district

The following are important dates for voters

Last day to register to vote for GENERAL election. Evening registration available at the Board of Elections and Municipal Clerk’s offices 4pm to 9pm

Oct 14
Deadline for mailed Civilian Absentee Ballot Applications to be received by County Clerk Oct 28
Deadline for Civilian Absentee Ballot Application in person at County Clerk’s Office 

Nov 3
3pm 

General Election Day—Polls open 6 am to 8 pm

County Offices CLOSED

Nov 4
