PRESERVING OUR HISTORY
The Salem County Clerk’s office has initiated an extensive project to preserve and scan the multitude of historic documents and books which are located in the County Clerk Archives. A newly purchased overhead book scanner will facilitate the reproduction of the historic and significant treasures which represent and affirm the history of Salem County.
